Our crystal clear cases are engineered with an advanced anti-oxidation polymer. We confidently back them with a 12-month anti-yellowing guarantee. If your clear case yellows within a year of purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement.
How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Take clear, well-lit photos of the defect or yellowing.
- Locate your original order number.
- Email the photos and your order number to support@casebear.shop.
Our engineering team will review your claim within 48 hours and process the replacement.
