7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original pristine packaging with all seals intact.
Return Process
- Email us at returns@casebear.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5-7 business days after the quality check is complete. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email address.
